All X House members have access to housing units offered by Lighthouse. Lighthouse is a not-for-profit membership organization committed to fair housing for all. Lighthouse has multiple residences in New York. Residents can chose from 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites. After 4 years of living in a Lighthouse property, Residents get at least $10,000 in guaranteed down payment assistance. Let's build equity together.
